MR PRICE SIM CARD CHARGED ON MY MILADYS ACCOUNT

i have a serious concern about milady's and Mr. Price mobile, they are billing me every month for a sim card that I'm not even using. in their so called recorded calls they said its a trial if I don't like the service i should just discontinue using it, there is no charge at all. to my surprise they don't know about anything I'm saying. i have send countless emails requesting them to cancel that thing but nothing is done, I'm still charged R100 every month that I never used. what is wrong with miladys though, de*****ing people day light. you guys are going to pay every money that I paid.
