Mocking staff - Mplain Promenade

<p>Good day </p> <p> </p> <p>This is a complaint regarding the Miladys branch in Mitchell's Plain and my mom asked me to send this.</p> <p> </p> <p>She's a regular customer at the store and when she purchases she buys a number of items. Over the last couple of months it has not been a nice experience going to that store because she's treated like a ***** even though she's a regular. As soon as she enters the store the security will follow her wherever she goes and she mentioned before that this happens all the time, so maybe this security guard has made it her mission to irritate my mom. We understand that security must be tight and that you should be on the lookout at all times but don't make it unpleasant for the customer because that's exactly what's happening. What's even more disturbing is the mocking attitudes of the staff. On Friday my mom complained to them about it and they basically laughed it off infront of her. That's not on. Here's a very good customer complaining about something which disturbs her and they have they audacity to laugh at her. My mom has now decided to never set foot in that store again and I totally agree with her. Respect plays a very important role and the staff with security is just being disrespectful. What are they taking her for? Please send them on a refresher course on customer etiquette as I think they have forgotten this along the road.</p> <p>My mom can be contacted on ********** 199</p>
