Milayds has in effect stollen from me as they have taken my money but have not given me the good that I paid for.

I purchases three t-shirts on-line with the black-Friday special, I paid for my purchase, my purchase was then cancelled by Miladys due to one of the items in my basket being out of stock, I have contacted Mr Price (aka Miladys) customer care and was told they cannot find my payment, I have sent a number of proofs of payment, they do not even respond to my query anymore. Milayds has in effect stollen from me as they have taken my money but have not given me the good that I paid for.
