Miladys/Mr Price credit department

Credit division totally useless. **************. They make terrible embarrassing mistakes re new account. Give handout credit limit R800. After 12months account has been handled excellent manner, never late payment always pay much more than installment. Btw also false advertising R1000 voucher upon opening new account....credit limit R800? You need to spend R1000. When app**** for increase end April gets informed definitely end of May. App**** online just to hear that you are declined due to poor payment issues on this account in the last 12 months....!Upon asking for proof off this the person started to backtrack saying no she meant issues at itc in the last 12 months? I need to add that end Feb I did recrive a automatic increase off R500. Still with this low hand out credit limit there is actually nothing in winter clothing that you can buy especially if you are a plus size. It seems that this credit office doesn't have a clue. Everybody has a diffrent story. Strange that my other accounts Truworths etc gave me a R3000 limit. Also strangly that my ex domestic helper got a R3000 limit at Mr Price and never paid it and was handed over. I know this because the debt company use to call me re her account everyday. And yes she opened another Mr Price account with her same id and details and got another R3000 limit! That's why I say that they discriminate. Not once did they even call me to confirm her employment. I will pay my "massive" account and will most definitely stay clear from Miladys/Sheet Street and Mr Price in future.
