Miladys worst customer service ever!

Miladys has the worst ever client services. They refused to give me any information about my details. My account was paid in full during 2011 - 2014 at the Centurion Mall store, and now - ten years + later I hear that they have handed me over. In the last 10 - 15 years, I have not heard a word from them regarding outstanding monies (because there is none) in the pas 10 years, and now they refuse to give me info because they handed over my account. This is ridiculous!
