Miladys Watercrest Botch Up!

Went to purchase 2 pairs of jeans on Saturday, and since they needed alterations, the manageress suggested i open an account as alterations are free then. I told her I wasnt interested, but she said it would be quick and easy! Received an sms at 15h13 saying that my application is pending due to missing information, and therefore i was to call the given number. The call took forever using my airtime!, and it turned out that when the application form was faxed through by Miladys, half the information was chopped off. Why didnt the application centre call Miladys! I was then also told that i needed to whatsapp my payslip and id also, this i was not told when i completed the application form in store! I did this and the whatsapp was never read! The next day (Sunday) i received an sms saying that my application for a Mr Price account was almost approved, I then went back to the store wasting my petrol and time, asking them why a Mr Price account? They then called whoever and I was told everything would be sorted out and i would hear back shortly about my Miladys card. Then i received an sms saying that my Mr Price Store card was conditionally approved! Back i went to the store and they said they would sort it out! Then i received an sms saying my MRP Money Account!!!!, has been approved. So i called the store this time and asked them what was going on again!, they said they would sort it out!. Then i got an sms to say that my Miladys application has been declined!? And I was to call a number to find out why, which i did, once again at my expense!!! Only to be told it was declined because i had app**** for two accounts in one day????? Tried to explain, but had no luck!! I then called the store again and spoke to the managress and said please note to bother, i definitely cant be bothered getting a card, and i will come in on Monday to collect my jeans and pay for them and the alterations. She said sorry okay! Last communications is that i got ANOTHER sms saying that my Mr Price Money acount had been approved! What the hell and how do i go about cancelling all this stuff!! I have been advised that all kinds of things could now go wrong!! Please help Sandra Gail Dand **********
