Miladys staff, bad behaviour.

I went to Miladys Savanah Centre Polokwane this morning and was very dissapointed. All the staff members was eating fish/chicken and chips on the counter at about 10h30. All out of the same paper of chips. Another customer (white lady)asked them if they enjoy their meal and can she join them sarcasticly. They didnt even realised she was sarcastic. They just continue eating. When I went to pay, the sales lady was on her cellphone, scrolling through pictures. She took a while before helping me. I had my own bag, had to fold the clothing I bought myself and put it in my bag, while she kept watching her phone. What happened to client service and where are the staff supposed to take their meals. This is very unproffesional and it gave me second thought to buy there again.
