Miladys sleepers disappointed me please refund or exchange it.

On the 14th August 2021 I went to miladys wonderpark and purchased sleepers for R250.00,it is not even a month but they are already damaged,I lost my proof of purchase and I only paid it in cash,so 03 September I went to miladys to complain about the shoes they told me that if I dont have proof of purchase unfortunately they wont help me.

What hurt me most is losing my 250.00 thinking that I have bought quality ,I'm stuch with damaged sleepers of 250.00 if I wanted sleepers to last for a months I would have bought cheap thing I regret myself for thinking that Miladys sleepers shoes is better than of wolworth, I wanted something that will last me and worthy of my money.

I cannot change my shop to miladys to be disappointed like this.
