Milady's service worst ever

Worst service ever. Placed an order 13 Sep paid via their payment on the website. Money of my account. Received a email with invoice. Phoned several times, emailed, posted on their Facebook, PM them. Only promises. Nothing else. Took the nearly 6 k from my account but now knows nothing about my order and does not provide feedback . My first time ordering online from them and it will be the last. My next step will be to open a ***** case. Not getting a response from them. Only promises of call backs that never happens.
