Milady's requests I return worn under ware... Very unhygienic!

On the the 17 September 2025 I bought a 5 pack of Briefs, where upon wearing these panties, the stitching on the elastics are all coming a part, I emailed a complaint and gave a review on Hello Peter, only to be told to return the briefs to Milady's, I am at a loss for words this is not only UNHYGIENIC, But I was told no returns on under ware, I rep**** to the email and asked if they were serious, as the cashier clearly said no returns on under ware. All clothing stores make it very clear that this is a hygiene rule and I do agree. Seriously Milady's I sent you my invoice and photos, you should actually send me a credit or voucher. But don't worry I will not be returning to your stores and I'll show my friends and family the quality of your briefs.
