Miladys - Poor online sales service
I placed an order on the 15th of November 2021, up until today the status says "Ready to Ship". I went to the collection store and they just say they haven't received the parcel yet. On the 23rd I sent a mail to *** and I haven't received anything back yet.
The terms and conditions says: Order and pay online, collect your order at one of our listed collection stores. Click and Collect courier fee R10 Orders will be delivered within 5 to 7 working days
It's more than 7 working days and definitely not worth buying online at Miladys.
