Miladys online - not impressed

Miladys online - waiting from 04.08.2022 for my online order, only to hear this morning after numerous enquiries, it will only be delivered on Monday 15.08.2022 Why this delay??? If I order online form other shops it is delivered within 3 to 4 days, non working days included
