MILADYS ON LINE VOUCHERS

Hi I am n regular customer at Milady's But I have bought an voucher for y sister in law approx. 18 July but the Galleria Mall in Amamzmtoti refused to accept the voucher without my Milady's card and my ID - well that is a problem cause I am in Pretoria. I made several enquiries so that I can use the voucher in Pretoria via email, they quick to answer 1st email but when they hear the problem you don't hear from them again. I have sent about 4 emails already without any luck they don't even bother to come back to me.. I went to Colonnade spend about 2 hours but they could not assist me.

Same thing happened with an online discount voucher - you just loose money by buying at Milady's.
