MILADYS / NO DELIVERY DISASTROUS

Mildays Online not user friendly. Not contactable. My daughter placed an order for items of which some was birthday presents on the 14th of October. Order placed on the 4th of October. Delivery says 4 to 7 working days. It is now 8 working days. Checking back on the order it says "ON HOLD" Did three enquiries online, no response whatsoever to see what this means. Tried calling them. Phones rings and eventually cuts. Not sure what is MILADYS Online issues. Has this gone to big or no customer care anymore ?

Well, sad to say, no response on ON *** yet, I need an ETA pls....... No excuses. One things for sure, I will never useiladys online service. Not user friendly, not contactable. If requirements cant be met, rathet refund items and cancel order.
