Milady's never again will I purchase from them

On the 12th Aug 2023 I saw a dress I liked from Mildays Trade Route Mall so I places a lay bye on the dress. Seven days later I sent my daughter to Maponya mall to retun the dress as I was not comfortable with the dresses length. The manager at Maponya mall was so rude and said to my daughter they don't accept returns for lay byes.

When my daughter returned and told me I couldn't believe it so I called the number on my slip to confirm. The call agent told me he was not sure can he place me on hold while he calls the Maponya store manager to confirm. Oh my word what a rude lady. I was not muted as she spoke to the manager and the nerve of that manager who disrespected me. My till slip says nothing about not being able to return items. That manager should be stripped of her management title , she brings shame to the Milady's brand. Manages help and come with solutions and most of all they respect customers.
