Milady's never again

My mother is a pensioner. She needed new underwear and couldn't find any from her usual supplier. I recommended that she visit Milady's at Springs mall. If I knew then what I know now I would have told her to stay away. The packaging is poorly labeled as to what the sizes is concerned and most of has to be scanned to see the sizes and then still the staff has got an attitude like I do not want to help you really. We asked if she could fit it but they refused us. Our usual supplier let their customers fit their clothing and it's clearly labelled as to what the sizes are. Milady's also wouldn't let my mother even open the package just to see if the underwear will be fine. After she paid them R432 for the set, we went home. She opened the pack and could immediately see the size will not be fine. She didn't even have to try and put them on. We went back to have it exchanged but we walked into cold faces which just bluntly said they will not exchange the pack for another size. Rest assured I will never ever recommend anybody never the less my elderly mother to buy anything from Milady's ever again. They not only take your money but they also treat us like sh..... Do not buy anything from Milady's. Just stay away.
