Miladys need to employ proper staff

Standard of clothing has dropped. But the service is awful. Manager is rude and inexperienced. After a week a returned a garment which was reject. Stitches were coming loose. Rude manager said she cant refund as the garment has been worn and tags removed... how must one wear a garment with tags attached. It does not make sense. I would not return to the store if the item was fine. So how does one get service from such a big company if the manager talks nonsense.
