Miladys Kenilworth Centre

My very first time buying at Miladys... I bought a 2 pack of bra's at the Kenilworth branch, the tag said size 42DD and price R379, my husband goes to pay and it scans at R399, the cashier gets the manager to override, we pay and head home. I get home and check the actual tags on the bra, one is a 36DD and the other a 42D... I immediately call the store to advise and the person who answers the phone says please hold I will check with my manager, she comes back and says that I can come exchange for the right size. So the next day I go to the store, they don't have the same colour bra's in 42DD so I take the other coloour option (it didn't have a price tag on) and head to the till to do the exchange, the lady goes to get a tag, comes back and tells me there is a R20 price difference... I refuse to pay this because its not my fault the bra's were incorrectly tagged and surely she can see that the receipt shows the R20 was discounted on my original purchase, this lady immediately tells me that she can refund me... no problem, I take the refund and leave because now Milady's has lost out on R379 because of a rude cashier and I can take my money elsewhere.
