Milady's enquiry

I bought a shoe in July at Milady's Vincent with milady account now I reported to their website by calling them telling them that the shoes that I bought in July is damaged it was begining September and the person on their call centre told me I must bring slip and take the shoe at the nearest shop but I told where I stay there's no milady's as I work in Aliwal North and I dnt know when will I visit Queenstown which is the nearest town.Then I told the call centre person if they organise courier to collect my damaged shoe up until this day I was not helping because I lost slip but the shoes was damaged after two weeks from the date I bought them
