Miladys does not Close accounts - Be Aware

Very poor service from Miladys. I PAID my account in full and CLOSED my card LAST MONTH already. I filled in the Closure form to close my Miladys account at Milady Mall@Reds, Centurion. Yet, the interest was still loaded on my account after this. I am sure this is *******. I see many people are struggling with the same issue in all the reviews. This should not be acceptable.
