Milady's disgusting service

I bought underwear from Milady's online. After waiting for 5 days my delivery finally arrived only to discover that they gave me the incorrect size. Now I am told that I have to go back to the store to exchange them. We alll know how stores are with returns of underwear. Firstly - it is not my fault that THEY sent the wrong size. Secondly - I must now use MY money to fix THEIR error! Thirdly - What about the delivery fee? I need to pay this for them to deliver incorrectly! I logged a call with their service desk and they asked for my order number which I gave to them. This morning I get an email stating that my call has been resolved .... HOW? I phoned them and had to wait on the line while they emailed the store and GUESS What? I was cut off. They have not bothered to call me back. I'm DONE with Milady's -
