Miladys club subscriptions.

I am Elizabeth Cronje with ID no. *** and I have account no ***. I recently bought an item for R149 and during December 2024 I was reminded by zNiladys to pay my installment of R50. As I bought nothing els from them. I queried the amount and I was informed that I am a clubmember since March 2023 and the subscription is R19.00 per month. I never joined a ckub with them and I want the subscriptions since March 2023 refunded to me. I did not receive any benefits from their club. I could not discover this earlier as one never gets a statement from Miladys. You are only reminded by them once a month to pay your installment.
