Miladys can't seem to give a damn about their loyal clients

I have an account for 20 years plus at Miladys in which time I've never requested increase of my credit limit. When I want to purchase some articles two weeks ago, I was informed that I was over my credit limit although my account was already paid in full. An attendant called the head office and was informed that "I" have called in and requested an increase of my limit. Because the person could'nt give them the necessary info, the cancelled my credit limit. they did'nt even informed be about that. after various e-mails from me, no one contacted me. I'm really disgusted with their service. It also give a negative rating at Credit Score!!
