Miladys bad people skills and bad quality control

I'm very unhappy with the quality of the tights/leggings I bought about 2 weeka ago that cost me R329.00, I was advised by the worker at Milady's to take a bigger size as their sizes are smaller, I'm normally a Large but took a extra large, I wore them once and all the seems have tiny holes like a blunt needle was used to sow the seems, I took them back and was looked at up and down for returning worn pants and accused of stretching them, eventually after I got upset they allowed me to take another pair of pants, and guess what I wore them once and the holes are at the seems again. I cannot walk around with tights/legging with holes its not what I paid for now I refuse to put myself through the humiliation again to take this pair back. I also bought myself 2 pairs of Navy leggings/tights and they are 100% no problems. so how do you suggest we solve this problem cause I'm not going back to the store again with the same problem to be humiliated. I'm so disappointed in Milady's Quality and customer care :(
