Miladys Acornhoek mall, a nightmare

The service I received at Miladys Acornhoek mall is appalling to say the least. I went to the store on Tuesday 14/01/2020, the serviced received in that store shocked me to the core. There were only two staff members in the store and when I asked about a shoe size on a shoe I was interested in, both those lady looked bored and uninterested in customer service. When I asked to see the store manager, I was told she's off and refused to give me an alternative number of someone in charge of the store and only got vicious looks from them. If this what the standard of Miladys has dropped to, I won't even bother shopping in other branches. You definitely lost a customer in me. Staff had no nametags on, and for such a small store, I'm not surprised I was the only customer at that time!
