Miladys accounting records unavailable

Accounting records of this firm is nonexistent. I bought R3606.00 via debit card on 2/12/2020. The goods were then ****** a few months back and now I am asking for a copy of the invoice on that day. I went into Greenacres branch asking and waited more than an hour. I phoned their help desk to no avail. Went to see the branch manager and after two weeks. Sorry we don’t keep records. However. If I bought on account they might be able to help me.
