Miladys account closure advice: No response from Miladys

I sent e-mail communication to both *** and *** on 29 May 2021, advising that I wish to close my account. To date (03 June 2021) I have received no correspondence whatsoever from Miladys. I am highly disappointed and extremely frustrated by the lack of customer service in this regard.
