Lack of communication relating to change of address

I have been since January 2020 trying with no success to have my address changed from WC to Gauteng and still to date nothing done. I have been into both stores and completed their form and was promised it would be sent through to their HO. I have emailed on numerous occasions regarding this and no response either.
