In May this year, I purchased a puffer jacket at Miladys in Zevenwacht mall

In May this year, I purchased a puffer jacket at Miladys in Zevenwacht mall. I paid R1150 for this jacket, I only wore the jacket a few times and never had it on for a full day. I cared for this jacket because it was very expensive and I only soaked it once since I bought it. In August I noticed a tear on the arm of the jacket and when I took it back with presenting the online slip they had so much to say and refused to take back the jacket. The sales lady called the manager and she had no way of speaking to me, she just said that they never had any complaints of the item and can't accept it. I feel so dissapointed in how they treated me as if I got the item for free! Its also unfair that they don't even take it in to assess, only look and decide there. I will never go there again, no quality for expensive items!
