Horrible service at the Pinetown branch

I am appalled at the level of disrespect from a particular Mpume Bhengu under the management of a Cynthia at the Pinetown branch. Today was the second time returning to this branch due to a club membership I specifically asked to be closed, upon being informed that it has indeed been closed by this Mpume I figured all was well, till I was informed via email that I am owing. The staff member who did not possess a name tag(Mpume) on both occasions was confronted today for a resolution to which she was unresponsive thus seeking head office for a solution. I will not pay the amount owed as I clearly stated I wanted the club closed.
