Hidden Costs for account holders.

I was encouraged to open an account by a sales lady at La Lucia Mall. I told her that I do not buy on accounts, but she encouraged me to sign up because of all the sepecial offers. What she didn't tell me about were all of the additional charges i.e. Initiation fee R35 & then monthly charges for Club fee R17.50 & Service fee of R13.95. I have not used the card & have just received a bill for R66.45. I have requested to close this account & am waiting to hear from them
