Harassment

I had a Miladys account and due to unexpected circumstances i have been behind with payments and i am curently in the process of rectifying the issue, i am being harrassed by a woman named Rebecca who is phoning every day telling me that i must pay, i am telling her that she must please give me some kind of detail and i asked for her supervisors number , she gave me the e mail address [Email Removed] , who i emailed with my query about what Rebecca was saying , they never responded , now i am being harassed at work with them phoning all the time making weird claims without any details. this is harassment , i explained to Joanne in the email that i cannot speak at work( we are not allowed calls) and tom please forward a contact number that i can call them on, but they still refuse to give me any info other i must pay and they are now phoning at least 5 or 6 times a day.
