Gossiping Staff
I was in Milady's Lakeside mall With my mother. When I saw another customer and a staff member talking about me!. I think it's very unprofessional of a staff member to gossip with customers about other customers. We are very loyal and regular customers of Milady's but after this I'll never set foot in the store again.
