GOODBYE MILADY - HELLO TRUWORTHS

On the 30th of OCTOBER I complained on this forum and TWO days later received a very flippant email saying - "tell us what's your problem and we will resolve it" I don't remember the exact words but it went something callous like that! I immediately responded, without being rude, and today 26th NOVEMEBER, almost a month on, I have 1) Not received a response 2) Nor has my complaint been resolved I've had this account for MANY MANY years and get treated like that, TRUWORTHS is calling me so GOODBYE Miladys. Closing the account as soon as I'm paid up!!! Thanks for NOTHING!!!
