Frustrating Useless, Inefficient and Unfriendly

I absolutely dread going to this store because of the cashiers attitudes! I only end up there because it is close to home. Yesterday (15 March, between 12h30 and 13h00) I walk into the store straight to the till as I just have to credit 2 blouses that my mum bought me. 2 cashiers in front of me and one to the side who I thought was a customer. I walk up to the cashier in front of me who moves my things to the cashier who is not even in front of her till. after going through the receipt and crossing off the items, she asks me for my card. I say it is my mums account and I am just returning not buying goods. she tells me that she cannot help me without a card or identification!! are these new rules?? where is it written? and I even had a receipt!!! she never requested or informed me prior to looking at the receipt. I told her she could explain to my mum as to why it cant be returned and if my return is past the time, it will be her fault! Such useless, lazy, unfriendly women with bad attitude! no wonder they are never busy! this is the only branch of Milady's that has faulty and useless staff! I WILL NEVER ENTER THAT STORE AGAIN - EVEN IF YOU PAY ME!!!
