Friends who get special treatment than actual customers.

I went to miladys highveld mall in Witbank, I wanted to buy a navy blue dungary and my size was on the display doll then the store assistant told me that the dungary was booked and the person who booked is coming to buy it. I was asking if this behavior is acceptable nah.
