********** purchases on Miladys/Mr Price account

On 27 January I received a notification via sms that a purchase has been madeon my account at Orange farm mall. I had to sent a sms saying yes or no. I immediately responded no as I stay 100s of km from there. A couple of hours later a lady phone and told me to go to the police and make an affidavit. Ihad to sent it together with a copy of my ID and Miladys and Mr Price card to their ***** department. I did that on 28 January 2022.

I have sent the same information to the ***** department on 6 separate dates since then and have not received any feedback from them.

My account has also not been fixed. This company is very quick in reminding you to make payments, even before the end of the month, but to get them to fix a mistake from their side just does not happen.
