********** purchase ignored by customer services.

My account was used **********ly - I am currently working overseas and I noticed a large purchase on my account. I immediately checked - and I have my Miladys card with me, so no one could have possibly used it. I contacted customer services and had an automated reply. I have followed up, sent countless emails and had absolutely no response. Shocking customer service. I will most definitely be closing my account after this, which is sad as I have been a loyal customer for more than 20 years.
