Forced to pay for Club Fees

For more than eight months now the Milday's accounts dept staff have harassed me on an almost daily basis ( weekends included ) to pay the amount they deem is owed to them . This amount is made up of monthly club fees plus interest upon interest . They have refused to cancel the club fees online/ telephonically and insist I drive to a shopping mall, pay for parking and cancel the club fees personally in-store. In this day and age this system is so last century. I must spend petrol , parking and time to cancel an approx R 26.00 monthly fee,. There is no logic in that. On occasion one of the staff refers to their 'supervisor 'who apparently will 'look 'into this and call me back. I have yet to receive a call from anyone other than the call centre staff. Now , I am been 'handed over 'for R 221.33 = endless club fees plus interest upon interest . There has never been a benefit for paying this amount . I do not owe Milady's this amount . They need to go back and listen to the recordings of the calls as their staff have said 'all calls are recorded' Ref No : ********** 100. ********** 490.
