First and Last Online Shop

I wish I could give zero stars. This has been, without a doubt, the worst online shopping experience I’ve ever had. I placed my order expecting a reasonable delivery time, yet here I am still waiting after 10 days with no sign of my parcel and a complete lack of accountability from the company.

I called their customer service, only to be put on hold for ages while they claimed to be ‘contacting the courier company’ – something that is absolutely not my problem. After finally getting through, they promised a call back that never happened. Frustrated, I rang again, only to be left waiting on hold once more while they made more excuses about the courier.

This company is an absolute joke. Avoid at all costs unless you enjoy wasting time, chasing your own order, and dealing with blatant dishonesty. Shocking service from start to finish!
