Faulty denim zips

I have been complaining about Miladys Mokopane earlier this month and within 2 days, Alta from Miladys has contacted me and was my problem solved by crediting the faulty denims. They did an ivestigating regarding the faulty zips and found that there was a problem with it. She said that they jave raplaced the stock and tjat I am welcome to contact her should I have any futures problems. Thank you Alta for your continues assistance to satisfactory service.
