Fantastic Service

I was in your Gateway store today and i must say i was really blown away by the great service i received from your staff. They were very courteous and respectable always smiling and willing to assist. I interacted with a lady by the name of Nicole, i was quering the different sizes that you have available and she took the time to listen to me, and then explain your reasonings in having those sizes all this with a huge smile on her face she was not like other sales people just wanting to get rid of you. She seems to be a very knowledgable person also has the attitude to go the extra mile to satisfy her customers. She is an asset be sure to not let her go. Being a regular customer at Edgars i have now found a reason to let them go and will now be doing my buying from Miladys.
