False advertising and no feedback to customers

I went into Benmore and Northgate stores a week ago and asked for 2 specific items that were advertised behind their tills. The model on the extreme left had pair of blue earrings on and the blonde model second from the right had a pink/white scarf on, neither of which items were in the store. I gave my name and details to both stores and then proceeded on their website to report false advertising. All of the above to no avail. How can they advertise and not have the stock in the store/s? it is false advertising and those adverts should be removed but worse still is to hearing not one utterance from head office in respect of the above. No wonder this country is in crises - one establishment is worse than the next and no wonder we are called the "lazy nation" because nobody does anything. Too busy taking lunch or tea or drinking coffee. Tjis conduct is unacceptable. I have no problem closing my account. Celeste
