Excellent customer service!

After half my order was lost by their courier company, and waiting quite a long for a response from their customer service providers (which left me hopeless), they called me personally to apologize for the inconvenience, and although it wasn't their fault, they ensured that I would still be sent all my missing items. The service I received within these two phone calls, by two friendly and sympathetic ladies, exceeded all experiences I've had with retail companies. Well done
