Dont shop online with Miladys

I just need to share how pathetic Miladys is. I have place 2x online orders on 23 June and 29 June respectively. Both orders were paid with vouchers which they gave in June (you have to spend a minimum amount, then you receive the vouchers).

I followed up with them on 9 July as I have not received my order. Phumelelo said the matter was escalated and that someone would contact me in the week to follow. The week has come and gone and still no parcel nor any communication from them.

Today I followed up again and Berlin simply gave an email address where I must send my query and said the conversation is over and ended the chat!!!

Both my orders are still showing “pending” after all this time!!!

This is really PATHETIC to say the least!!!
