Dishonest Miladys!!!

At the end of November when I received my account statement I decided to pay the Closing Balance on my account and be done with it.

On 27 November I paid the amount for my monthly installment and on 28 November I paid the rest of the Closing Balance, in fact the total amount I paid is 68 cents more than what the Closing Balance was.

When I received my statement for December now, it shows I still have a Closing Balance of R394.25!! How the hell is this possible when I paid the full amount last month?

So this morning I am on my way to my local Miladys in Lydenburg to question their integrity and close my account for good!!! I will never in my life recommend a Miladys account for any of my family or friends as they are dishonest!!!
