Disgustting service

I purchased clothing from Miladys Tambotie Mall on 13 May 2017 I requested that they use the budget facility on my credit card , they subsequently did 2 transactions from my straight account plus a budget transaction 1 transaction was reversed into the credit card but the other transaction has not been reversed I was told that the money would be refunded in 48 hours On the 18th May 2017 I went back to the store and Ellen (the store manager ) told me that the person that is supposed to do the reversal was not in, she said because they are a new store they dont know how to do everything. She assured me they would sort it out and call me back. On the 19th at 11am I called the store and nothing had been done. I went to the on friday 19th May 2017 and when I arrived She called her "senior" Huther and Huther told her to refund me my money in cash Upon checking the till, she realised there was no cash She went and called Huther again, thereafter I was told that they have to call the Big Boss to make a decision and that would take a while. I left the store and Ellen called later and told me to go back to the store. Ellen told me they will not be processing a refund because the Big Boss is not availble. I must wait until Monday 22 May 2017 for the Big Boss. I requested Huthers numbers and Ellen said Huther does not want me to have the numbers I asked Ellen to spell her name and surname, she refused to give me Huther's surname That afternoon I called the call centre and spoke to Mandy Mkhize, she said i should email her all the documentation, which I did. Mandy then called and said she would get back to me on Saturday 2oth May 2017 before 10am as she was about to knock off. Mandy did not call me back. I called Mandy on 23rd May 2017, she told me that I have to go back to Tambotie Mall Miladys because this is a store issue. Its 9 days later and I have not been refunded the money owing.
