Disgusting service received from the store manager at Scottville mall Miladys in Pietermaritzburg

Disgusting service received from Miladys store manager at Scottville mall in Pietermaritzburg. I bought a lacey top the 15th of December with my debit card. Today I went to request for a refund as it was not suitable for the purpose that was intended. Only to realize today that hat the teller who assisted me then only inserted the receipt for card authorization as proof of purchase on the plastic with the top. I am so angry and disgusted in that the store manager refused to assist me even though this was negligence from their side. I never imagined that I would receive such dispeakable treatment from this store. I did not argue with that store manager because it was not worth it , all I did was walk away and leave that item which I had paid for along with that receipt. It's up to her what she does with it. I will not be treated in this manner as a customer. They actually deserve a 0 rating.
