Disgusting service experience

I am utterly shocked and disappointed at the level of service we received from Mildays in East Point Boksburg.

My mother and I went there yesterday and the lady whom assisted us by the name of Nozipho. Nozipho was extremely rude with no customer service what's so ever! For a store that caters to old women to say the least I am shocked at the manner in which Nozipho conducted herself as if my Mother was her age mate as for me she probably thought I'm still a teenager. Nozipho did not greet us at first only after I greeted she then responded while having a fat conversation with her colleague about personal issues that I strongly believe should not be discussed in the presents of customers, I then confronted her about her rude persona in which she responded by saying 'How do you want me to conduct myself' I then said to her I do not appreciate the way you are conducting yourself, I said the garment had stitching problems of which you didn't care to ask where the mishap was. Nozipho wouldn't even give me a chance to speak as she continued to speak but still her reasoning did not make sense, I even had to ask her to put the spray I bought in a separate bag as I was scared it might leak and spoil the garment even with that she saw nothing wrong. The worst she said to me was referring me to 'Gal' a derogatory slang term used in townships. Judging by the rating Miladys is getting on this platform clearly shows that upper management are not doing a good job for Nozipho to be boldly rude and not show care of the ramifications that might follow.
