Disgusted

I purchased 4 items and returned all 4 items as it did not fit. Now comes the funny part. 3 of the items on the list could be accounted for. 4th item I was told was not on and I should have another receipt. After some checking and phoning it was discovered that I was charged twice for one item and the 4th item was not even on the receipt. I have complained numerous times about service, noise and staff ignoring customers as well as their attitudes Nd still nothing has been done. The card fee was just added on without notice to me and has just gone up again. Is the aggravation to have an account at this store worth it?
